About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at North Lake Care Center in Lake Park, Florida. As an ADON, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and services are provided to our residents. You will lead and mentor our nursing staff, develop and implement programs to improve patient outcomes, and promote a positive and caring environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing department, including scheduling, staffing, and performance management of nursing staff

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including mentoring, coaching, and professional development

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services

• Conduct quality assessments and implement quality improvement initiatives

• Develop and manage budgets and financial reports

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role

• Bachelor Degree

• 2 years prior experience in a Nursing Home
