Compensation: $17.00–$19.00 per hour DOE

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) with a weekday off when scheduled

Optical experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with strong retail sales and customer service experience who has the right attitude and personality.

What You’ll Do:

• Help patients select stylish, comfortable eyewear and sunglasses
• Educate patients on lens and frame options based on lifestyle and vision needs
• Deliver a highly personalized customer experience with tailored recommendations
• Adjust and repair eyewear for proper fit and comfort
• Assist with lens edging and optical lab work
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide excellent patient care
• Maintain a welcoming and polished optical environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• A passion for fashion, styling, accessories, or beauty-related retail
• Comfortable working one-on-one with customers
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
• 1–2 years of retail, optical, beauty, jewelry, sunglasses, or customer-facing sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
