Insurance Agent - Full Training Provided! Location: Goodyear, AZ We are looking for an outgoing, entrepreneurial, and motivated individual to become an Aflac benefits advisor. As an advisor, you will work directly with business owners and HR representatives to plan supplemental insurance coverage and other value-added services for employees, providing financial security when a covered health event occurs. Prior sales experience is welcomed but not required. Responsibilities Present and enroll B2B clients in insurance products, providing education and guidance. Develop and execute marketing and lead‑generation strategies. Manage relationships with customers, business owners, and clients. Serve as a benefits enroller, counselor, worksite liaison, and communicator. Maintain required state licensing (Life and/or Health). Provide strategic, executable solutions to clients. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Team‑oriented and works well in groups. Strong time‑management skills. Strong interest in helping others. Excellent work ethic. High integrity. Compensation & Benefits Commission‑based structure with residuals, bonuses, and stock participation. Full training and licensing support are provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr
