You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules that align with project objectives and client expectations.Responsibilities:Project Planning and Scoping: Produce the SIS/SIR and other pertinent information regarding the viability of all GU sites Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements for all GU projects. Develop comprehensive concept plans and strategies to meet project goals and client expectations. Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate project viability and identify potential challenges. Represent these elements during the Scrub Call and NUR calls.Budgeting and Estimating: Provide adequate project information to the construction teams so they may develop accurate project estimates. Track these cost estimates. Provide value engineering suggestions to optimize project budgets. Ensure these budgets are incorporated into project evals prior to the scrub calls and NUR call.Scheduling and Timeline Management: Develop project concept schedules, milestones, and timelines in coordination with project teams. Identify critical path activities and potential schedule risks and implement measures to ensure timely project delivery.Building Plan program: Execute plan orders, perform QC reviews, and deliver suitable building plans to the Construction Teams within the agree upon time frame.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges during the concept phase of preconstruction and develop mitigation strategies.
