- Full time position
- Clinic hours MonFri 8am8pm, weekends 10am6pm and holiday hours vary

- Employed multi-specialty group of more than 180 providers in northeast Iowa-physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners
- Three-year salary guarantee moving to production-based compensation
- Starting bonus
- Relocation allowance
- Comprehensive benefit package including paid malpractice and tail coverage
- Regional health system covering eight counties as well as more than 20 primary care locations throughout northeast Iowa serving approximately 280,000 residents
