Senior Manager - International Tax (Private Client Services)

You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry You will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance We understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation Review of international tax compliance forms such as Forms 3520, 3520-A, 8621, 2555, and treaty based positions Collaborate with the Private Client Services and Trust & Estate groups on cross-border matters for individuals and families with global holdings and activities Develop tax planning opportunities arising from inbound and outbound cross-border individuals and trusts Develop models illustrating individuals' cross-border tax attributes, foreign tax credit positions, and overall US tax exposure Manage day-to-day interactions with clients and ensure the completion of both tax compliance and advisory projects Share relevant tax thought leadership and draft tax alerts Stay current with Tax Reform and comprehend the new regulations and rulings 8+ years of experience in international tax compliance and/or planning ~ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university ~ Experience using OIT, GoSystems and/or CCH Axcess tax software Fundamental knowledge of a broad range of US international tax rules and provisions, including FTC, PFICs, WHT, FIRPTA, expatriation (*877A), and the foreign trust and foreign gift regimes Comprehensive understanding of international tax reporting obligations, including Forms 1040-NR, 1116, 8858, 8621, 8938, 3520, 3520-A, 8854, 8833, and FinCEN Form 114 (FBAR) We do not discriminate on the basis of veteran or disability status or any protected characteristics under federal, state, or local law.
