As we continue to expand, we are seeking passionate, detail-oriented, and service-driven individuals to join our dynamic team.The Shuttle Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day shuttle service operations of GCT Chauffeured Services. This role ensures shuttle routes operate safely, on time, and in full compliance with all regulatory standards, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction through operational excellence, leadership, and accountability. All duties are performed in accordance with company policies, practices, and procedures.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and manage daily shuttle routes, schedules, and driver assignments to ensure consistent on-time performance and service reliabilityOversee real-time shuttle operations using TripShot and other fleet management systems, making adjustments as needed to maintain service levelsEnsure proper driver coverage for all shuttle routes, including backup planning for callouts, delays, and service disruptionsOversee pre-trip and post-trip inspections for all shuttle vehicles to ensure compliance with safety standardsCoordinate with maintenance teams to ensure fleet readiness, minimize downtime, and maximize vehicle availabilityMaintain accurate records across fleet and scheduling systems to ensure data integrity and operational consistencyMaintain full knowledge of shuttle contracts, service level agreements, route specifications, and client requirementsTrain, coach, and develop shuttle drivers and shift leads while supporting driver duties as neededServe as Manager On Call a minimum of 5 days per monthFill driver roles and operational responsibilities as needed to support service coverageCommunicate effectively with clients, vendors, affiliates, and internal teams regarding shuttle operationsServe as the primary escalation point for service issues, including missed wake-up calls and route disruptionsProvide timely operational updates to leadership, dispatch, and cross-functional teamsSupport a high level of customer service by ensuring a consistent, professional, and courteous passenger experienceMonitor passenger feedback and implement service improvements aligned with GCT service standardsEnsure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations, including driver qualification files, hours of service (HOS), IFTA, and tire mileage trackingMaintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation for all shuttle operationsCoordinate with the Driver & Safety Program Manager to maintain safety standards using Motive and Samba Safety systemsUphold company values of professionalism, accuracy, accountability, and a safety-first cultureQualificationsAbility to manage competing priorities with adequate stress tolerance in a fast-paced, 24/7 shuttle environment.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Decision-making and solution identification abilities required.Advanced computer skills; proficiency in English required.Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience: 3–5 years of related transportation or shuttle management experience.CDL preferred; must be willing to obtain within 90 days of hire if required.
