Contract | Full-Time | Nights | 3x12s (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served in the ICU
• Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with unit standards of care
• Demonstrate quality and effectiveness in clinical practice and work habits
• Maintain flexibility to changing systems and organizational needs
• Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records system for documentation and patient management

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the State of California
• BLS Certification per American Heart Association guidelines required (no other cards accepted)
• ACLS Certification required
• PALS Certification required
• Basic computer skills
• EPIC experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of two years of documented ICU experience or completion of an approved ICU training course including didactic and clinical components
• CCRN certification encouraged
