Acute Clinical TherapistMLR (MLee Recruiting) is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Clinical Therapist to join a prestigious acute-care hospital near Abilene, Texas. This full-time, permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients in a dynamic environment, providing comprehensive mental health care and support.Salary: $75,432 - $98,491 annuallySchedule: Night shifts, Monday to FridayResponsibilities:Client Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental and emotional health, providing accurate diagnoses through evidence-based clinical methods.Treatment Plan Development: Create personalized treatment strategies tailored to specific client needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.Therapy Sessions: Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.Requirements:Licensure: Must possess a Texas State License in Respiratory Care.NBRC Status: Maintain active status with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) for those enrolled in the Continuing Competency Program (CCP).Credentialing: Newly graduated therapists must obtain CRT credentials and pursue RRT credentials within one year of graduation. If RRT certification is not achieved, the therapist will transition to a Respiratory Care Practitioner role until certification is completed.Certifications:BLS Certification: Required prior to working with patients.ACLS Certification: Must be obtained within six months.ENPC or PALS Certification: Required within one year.NRP Certification: Must be completed within one year.Technical Skills: Proficient in data entry and knowledgeable in computer systems.Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment in accordance with OSHA and NIOSH standards.If you're enthusiastic about this rewarding opportunity, we invite you to apply!
