Position Summary

In a senior living environment, the certified nurse's aide provides care with a strong emphasis on dignity, respect, and resident-centered service. This includes engaging with residents in a professional and compassionate manner, supporting individualized care plans, and fostering a safe, comfortable, and home-like atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Monitor residents and report any changes in condition to nursing staff
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Follow care plans and facility procedures to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and committed to providing quality service
