Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Shifts Available (including every other weekend): Nights (NOC) 10:30pm to 6:15am New Wage Range: $27 - $32.52 per hour based on experience Night Shift Differential: $3.00 / hour Location: 710 S Kenwood Avenue, Moose Lake, Minnesota 55767 Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities: * Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans. * Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions. * Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides. * Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff. * Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders. * Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy. * Documents care using electronic charting systems. * Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties. * Performs other duties as assigned. Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications: * Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively. * Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
