Personal Trainer

Job Description Thank you for your interest in joining our team! As a Personal Trainer at The Hub, you will be a part of a collective that wants to help build something bigger than themselves. You will have the opportunity to coach 1:1 clients and group classes, while creating an experience that makes every member feel encouraged, welcomed, and excited to come back. Group classes include STRENGTH, YOGA, HYROX, ZUMBA, and PILATES. Working within a small team, everyone contributes beyond coaching. Every staff member is expected to maintain the appearance and flow of the facility, greet members, and assist the front desk. We recognize that you would be joining us as a qualified coach, and coaching will always be your primary role. That said, we strive to create a team that will take ownership of the member experience, and take pride in the space they coach in. We believe no task is beneath anyone when it helps our community thrive. Responsibilities: Coach clients with professionalism and enthusiasm Lead group fitness classes Build genuine relationships with members Create an inclusive, welcoming environment Maintain a clean, organized, and professional traning environment Help ensure the facility is cared for and ready for members each day Continue learning and growing as a coach, person, and teammate Represent The Hub's mission and values inside and outside of the gym Who you are: If you are a part of our team, you are someone who naturally brings positive energy into a room.
