Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual consultations with early childhood educators and center managers to assess current practices and identify areas for growth. Develop and deliver tailored professional development programs and resources for childcare professionals, delivered online. Assist in the development and review of educational policies and procedures for childcare facilities. Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and best practices in early childhood education globally and locally. Create engaging online content, including webinars, guides, and toolkits, to support educators. Maintain detailed records of consultations, recommendations, and follow-up actions. Requirements A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a closely related field. A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in early years education, teaching, or educational leadership. Deep understanding of child development principles from birth to age five. Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably with an online component. Excellent virtual presentation and facilitation skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in using online collaboration and communication tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for empowering educators.
