To succeed here, you'll need an active OTR/L license and NBCOT certification, along with a strong sense of empathy, adaptability, and a true love for working with people. Prior experience in a rehab or clinical setting is always a plus—but we also welcome new grads who are ready to jump in and grow alongside a supportive, experienced team.
