We're looking for a sharp, analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Dallas team and play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and valuation across a commercial real estate portfolio.

This is more than a reporting role. You'll work directly with Asset Management, Investments, Development, Leasing, and Property Management , gaining broad exposure to how real estate decisions translate into financial performance and investor returns.

What You'll Own

• Financial Analysis: Analyze revenue, expenses, sales, KPIs, and budget-to-actual performance.
• FP&A: Build and maintain financial models, annual budgets, and periodic forecasts.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly reporting packages and financial analysis for management, owners, capital partners, and investors.
• Real Estate Analytics: Evaluate leasing activity, developments, expansions, and other initiatives and their impact on asset value and investor returns.
• Valuation: Support quarterly property valuation activities.
• Business Partnership: Work cross-functionally with Leasing, Asset Management, Investments, Development, Marketing, and Property Management.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Jump into high-priority projects and deliver insights when the business needs them.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Real Estate , or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience , ideally in commercial real estate.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, "figure it out" mindset with a high level of ownership.
• Comfort working across teams and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred; Yardi Elevate ABF is a plus.
• ARGUS and commercial real estate experience strongly preferred.
