Occupational Therapist - PACE

Description $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. This is a full time position supporting our Tanasbourne center and Washington County catchment. This position is responsible for OT evaluations, and development and implementation of the OT plan of care in accordance with PACE policies. The OT is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and responsible to communicate and coordinate care with the team as well as multiple outside providers, caregivers and family members. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy OTD (Occupational Therapy Doctorage) 1 year of experience working as an occupational therapist in a geriatric setting. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
