Physical Therapist (DPT) - Riverton, WY

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8-hour shifts)

No weekends | No night shifts | No on-call requirements

Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic

Patient Population: Primarily adult orthopedic patients (pediatrics may vary by location)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and help patients achieve their functional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based rehabilitation programs.
• Treat patients with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, chronic pain, and physical impairments.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and clinical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Build strong patient relationships and support positive clinical outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Current Wyoming Physical Therapist License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
