IT PMO Coordinator or IT PMO Analyst

The NSU department plays a vital role in ensuring that innovative technologies and digital solutions are implemented safely and compliantly across the organization.




The IT PMO Coordinator serves as the central coordination that brings together the support functions to evaluate and approve new tools, technologies, and processes involving data processing.

This role involved coordination with Project Managers and with Compliance, Security, and Risk to make sure all documentation is received for the approval of applications, subscriptions, and/or tools that are being implemented in the bank.

The person will also be supporting the Innovation manager with Use case generation by coordinating GenAI training workshops. Additional task could be preparing periodic communication (newsletters, ad-hoc communication on events, i.e. talks)

Skills required: 5 years of Project coordination experience and recent banking client
