Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. This role involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.
