Sr. Construction Project Manager

Manage and oversee Company Description Job Description Job Summary Manage and oversee field construction activities, inspections, quality, safety, and contract compliance for a VA medical center project in West Palm Beach. Key Responsibilities Conduct and document construction and quality inspections Ensure work follows plans, specifications, schedules, and safety requirements Review RFIs, submittals, drawings, and contractor documentation Monitor contractor performance, materials, payroll, and inventory Track deficiencies, daily reports, project correspondence, and RFIs Attend meetings and coordinate with VA facility management and contractors Review quality control reports and final inspections Ensure compliance with OSHA and construction regulations Support project closeout and review as-built drawings Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture OR 14 years of related experience Valid driver’s license Strong communication and organizational skills Fluent English Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint Preferred VA or hospital construction experience OSHA 30 Certification Familiarity with AI/LLM tools Knowledge of hospital construction and engineering disciplines Work Requirements Must be comfortable working on active construction sites, including walking long distances, climbing ladders/scaffolding, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
