Job Summary

A growing organization in the banking and consumer lending industry is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join its onsite team in Columbia, SC. Key Responsibilities

- Provide courteous and professional customer service by phone, email, and/or in person.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, documentation, and general financial service questions.
- Research and resolve customer issues accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.
- Review, process, and maintain confidential customer records and account information.
- Follow banking, security, compliance, and confidentiality requirements at all times.
- Perform data entry, administrative tasks, and team support duties to help meet operational goals.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Employment Type: Temp-to-hire.

- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive financial information.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to research information, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
- Professional demeanor, dependability, and commitment to quality service.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Columbia, SC.
- Successful completion of a background check and credit check is required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in banking, financial services, consumer lending, or a similar regulated office environment.
