Your impact

Own the press brake setup and operation to meet drawing and work order requirements.
Translate blueprints into accurate bend sequences and part dimensions.
Inspect with tape measures, calipers, and related gauges to confirm compliance.
Dial in tooling and machine settings to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Handle material loading/unloading safely and efficiently.
Complete routine machine care and keep a tidy, organized workspace.
Champion safe work habits and follow company policies.

What sets you up for success

Experience in manufacturing or fabrication; prior press brake experience is preferred.
Comfortable reading prints and confidently using precision measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality-driven mindset.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for most of the shift.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Mechanical aptitude; background with metal products is advantageous.

What you’ll gain

Competitive wages: $17–$19/hour
Reliable, long-term employment with a respected local manufacturer
Growth opportunities and skill development
Encouraging, team-oriented environment
Potential for overtime
