Healthcare Medical Sales Representative – Proactive Health (Seattle, Wa) Founding position in a new state, with an opportunity to grow into the Regional Manager of this state, based on your performance. About the Role We’re looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Sales Representative to help expand our network of healthcare partners. You’ll work directly with healthcare partners to educate and onboard new partners into our remote care programs. What You’ll Do Build and grow relationships with healthcare providers, practices, and organizations. Educate and consult with referral partners on how Proactive Health’s RPM and care programs benefit both patients and practices. Drive adoption and referrals through consultative selling and consistent follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for patients and partners. Track and report key activities, feedback, and progress in our CRM (HubSpot). Represent the Proactive Health brand with professionalism, integrity, and passion. About You A self-starter — you thrive working independently and hate being micromanaged. Love earning the high commissions, with uncapped potential. Skilled at building trust and genuine relationships with providers, patients, and staff. Passionate about improving healthcare for seniors and empowering providers with better tools. Organized, driven, and confident communicating both in person and virtually. Knowledge of healthcare sales, RPM, CCM, or value-based care is a major plus (but not required). Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales experience (medical or healthcare preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
