About the Position

Job Title: Travel RN - Rehab Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Rehabilitation and/or Acute Care License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS Preferred, CRRN Preferred Description: Travel RN position available in Rehabilitation. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of current rehab and/or acute care experience. Positive, energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic candidates with a can-do attitude are sought. The unit has 42 beds and approximately 80 staff members, including RNs and CNAs. On the night shift, the RN to patient ratio is 5:1. Staff members are dedicated to delivering quality care and improving patient outcomes. The unit offers specialized rehab training and certification may be required upon hire. Typical procedures performed include IV administration, Foley catheter insertion, PVRs, and bladder/bowel programs, as well as EKG and blood glucose monitoring. The facility has achieved recognition for being in the top 20th percentile of the nation in quality outcomes.
