What You'll Do As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead all sales and marketing initiatives while driving occupancy growth and building strong relationships throughout the local community. Responsibilities Include: Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals. Manage daily sales operations and maintain an active lead pipeline. Conduct community tours and sales presentations for prospective residents and families. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations. Plan and participate in networking events, outreach activities, and community engagement opportunities. Create and oversee marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, newsletters, and public relations efforts. Coordinate move-in processes to ensure a positive experience for residents and families. Monitor lead conversion metrics, sales performance, and occupancy trends. Develop departmental budgets, forecasts, and staffing plans. Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable regulations. Collaborate with community leadership to support resident satisfaction and community growth. Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director. Leadership Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and support team members within the Sales & Marketing department. Provide leadership, accountability, and performance management to achieve departmental goals. Exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making while supporting overall community objectives. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales or marketing experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong networking, relationship-building, and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms. Valid Minnesota driver's license and proof of automobile insurance. Ability to travel locally for outreach and networking activities. Physical Requirements Sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs throughout the workday. Reach overhead and perform fine motor tasks. Lift and carry up to 15 pounds unassisted.
