Sales Operations Manager

AFCO Industries, a leading aluminum extrusion and fabrication manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Alexandria, LA. In this role, you'll partner closely with our VP of Sales & Marketing to streamline sales processes, manage CRM/ERP data integrity, and support the customer service function as we continue to grow. This is a great opportunity for an up-and-comer with strong operational instincts and a head for numbers who's ready to take on more ownership. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree required 5–7 years of relevant experience Strong background with ERP/CRM systems Comfortable working with data and numbers Strong organizational and communication skills What we offer: Competitive salary ($75K–$90K, based on experience) Eligibility for our quarterly performance bonus (PEP) A stable, growing manufacturer with a strong regional presence #J-18808-Ljbffr AFCO Industries, LLC
