This position is located in Farmington Hills, MI US 48334
Are you organized, motivated, and looking to build a career in the mortgage industry? We're seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to help support our Loan Officers, communicate with clients, manage loan files, and keep transactions moving smoothly from application to closing.
What You'll Do:
- Assist Loan Officers with active loan files
- Collect and organize borrower documentation
- Follow up with clients, agents, and title companies
- Help keep loans on track for timely closings
- Provide exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Mortgage, banking, sales, or administrative experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
