Position: PRN / Ongoing
Schedule: 1–2 days per week, flexible
RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist for an ongoing PRN opportunity with a behavioral health pharmacy.
Responsibilities
Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, dosing, interactions, and clinical appropriateness; safely dispense medications.
Communicate with prescribers regarding medication questions, clarifications, and therapy concerns; assist with medication access and prior authorizations when applicable.
Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation while ensuring compliance with New York pharmacy regulations and pharmacy policies.
Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians and support staff.
Provide patient counseling and education while supporting behavioral health medications, complex therapies, adherence, and continuity of care.
Requirements
Active, clear New York Pharmacist license
Behavioral health pharmacy experience required
Strong knowledge of behavioral health medications
Experience managing complex medication regimens
Strong prescription verification and patient counseling skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $52.00 to $66.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
