Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
- Implement behavior support strategies and treatment programs as designed
- Respond to challenging situations with professionalism and composure
- Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
- Provide services in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and clinics
Ideal Candidate:
- Compassionate and dedicated to supporting children and their families
- Able to remain positive and effective when facing challenges
- Eager to develop new skills and grow professionally
- Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
- Previous ABA experience is welcome but not mandatory
- Educational background in psychology, education, or a related discipline is advantageous
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Schedule in Ranchos Palos Verdes, CA:
Afternoon shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
