Job Description Job Description PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIANS San Francisco Bay Area Annual Salary: $261,435 - $298,153 Our organization is in search of both full-time and part-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine, Pediatric, or Internal Medicine Primary Care Physicians. Our health centers, located throughout Contra Costa County, are seamlessly integrated with specialty care services and the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center in Martinez, CA. Ideal candidates will collaborate with a dedicated team of practitioners to offer innovative community medicine that empowers patients and nurtures a sense of belonging and well-being. We Provide: Flexible scheduling options with both full- and part-time roles available; no weekend shifts or on-call duties! Strong clinical support from committed nursing and administrative staff, including a 1:1 Medical Assistant assignment and a dedicated home health team. Opportunities to engage in resident education through our nationally recognized Family Medicine Residency Program. A comprehensive compensation package that includes 3.5 weeks of vacation (increasing to 6 weeks after 6 years), 1 week of paid Continuing Medical Education (CME), 11 paid holidays, 12 paid sick days, and a pension plan with an additional 457B contribution. 4 hours of paid administrative time each week, with the potential for additional paid time. A favorable HPSA score for national and state loan repayment programs. Utilization of the EPIC medical record system across health centers and the hospital for integrated care delivery.
