Use technical savvy and consultative selling to expand profitable revenue and market share across your territory. You’ll champion material handling equipment and an ecosystem of services—preventive maintenance, parts, repair programs, rental power programs, and rental services—positioning LiftOne as the premier partner.

• Plan and execute territory and account strategies to win new customers and deepen existing relationships.
• Align equipment and service applications to customer requirements; ensure distribution and satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor who understands each customer’s business.
• Deliver demonstrations and presentations that answer why change, why now, and why you and CTE are the right solution.
• Recommend actions that reduce risk, cut cost, and drive profitable growth.
• Report market trends and competitive insights.
• Craft clear, accurate RFP responses and propose technical solutions.
• Analyze total cost of ownership; engineer improvements to equipment, processes, or services.
• Develop and calculate customer-specific financing options.
• Master customers’ business levers: inventory, asset management, ROI, and financial statements.
• Track every interaction in CRM and quoting tools from first call through close and follow-up.
• Contribute to additional projects and duties as needed.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; or substantial related technical experience.
• Documented success in industrial services or technical sales.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
• Innovative mindset with a track record of creative solutions.

• Valid driver’s license; driving is a core function.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
• High mechanical aptitude for equipment and processes.

• Read and interpret safety, operating, and maintenance instructions; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Solve practical problems with limited standardization; interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled instructions.

• Physical: Regular standing, walking, hand use, reaching, and speaking/hearing; frequent sitting; often lift/carry/push/pull up to 25 lbs; vision needs include close, distance, peripheral, depth, and focus adjustment.
• Environment: Potential exposure to moving mechanical parts/equipment, heights, fumes/airborne particles, outdoor weather, vibration, wet/humid conditions, toxic/caustic chemicals, extreme temperatures, electrical shock; occasional loud noise.
