JOB TITLE:

First Aid Booth

JOB PURPOSE:

To work First Aid Booth at Wyoming Athletic Events

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Staff the First Aid Booth at all Wyoming football, basketball games and some external events (concerts, commencements, etc)
• Administer emergency medical care when needed until paramedics/ EMTs arrive
• Work in conjunction with EMT and police personnel to respond to medical emergencies within the stadium and arena
• Use radios to communicate with event staff and emergency personnel
• Aid fans in need of mobility assistance by pushing wheelchairs when needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current First Aid and CPR Certifications required
• AED trained
• Hold one of the following licenses- Wyoming Certified Nursing Assistant, Wyoming Registered Nurse or equivalent

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to follow directions
• Attention to detail
