• Licenses/Certifications: Active CA Medical License, DEA, BC or BE within 3-5 years, NRP Certification
• Experience: Neonatology and Pediatric Hospitalist experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide neonatal and pediatric inpatient care, including management of NICU patients down to 32 weeks gestation
• Handle newborn resuscitations, manage preemies, and stabilize neonates in the delivery room and NICU
• Perform neonatal procedures such as intubation, UVC/UAC placement, lumbar puncture, and EKG interpretation
• Collaborate with ED and anesthesia teams on emergent procedures
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards
• Work in a fast-paced environment requiring quick decision-making and clinical expertise

What You Need
Required:

• Active California medical license
• DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics or Neonatology (within 3-5 years of residency)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Experience in neonatal airway management, UVC/UAC placement, and neonatal critical care

Preferred:

• Ventilator management skills
• Chest tube insertion experience in neonates
