Bilingual Field Care Coordinator (Spanish) - Home Visits
Pairteam
Pair Team is seeking a Field Care Coordinator to deliver in-home and community-based support for members with complex needs. You will onboard new patients, drop off care packages, and collect health readings, meeting patients 3–5 times per week in the field. Expect travel four days per week with one WFH day, schedule M-F, 9am–5:30pm, and a caseload of 55. The role requires Spanish fluency and a valid driver’s license for local travel in Orange County. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pairteam
