Paid Sales Internship -Outside Sales Representative (Office Coffee, Vending & Micro Markets)

We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Interns . This paid internship provides hands-on training alongside a proven sales professional, giving you real-world experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales within the rapidly growing workplace refreshment industry, including Office Coffee Service (OCS), Vending Solutions, and Micro Markets.
This is not a desk job. You'll be in the field learning how to identify opportunities, build relationships, generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and close new business.
Successful interns may be offered a full-time sales position upon completion of the program, including comprehensive benefits and the opportunity to earn $100,000+ in your first year through a combination of salary, commissions, and performance incentives.
What You'll Learn

Responsibilities
- Shadow and support experienced outside sales professionals
- Attend customer meetings, presentations, and sales calls
- Research prospective clients and business opportunities
- Assist with lead generation and appointment setting
- Develop product knowledge related to office coffee, vending, and micro market services
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in CRM systems
- Participate in sales training and team meetings
- Build professional relationships with prospective customers
- Contribute to achieving team sales goals
