Nick Albernas State Farm is seeking a service-oriented Customer Service Representative who takes pride in helping customers, solving problems, and building strong long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable serving as a trusted resource for existing policyholders. You will serve as a primary point of contact for current customers, assisting with policy questions, changes, renewals, billing needs, and general account support. While this is primarily a customer service and retention-focused role , team members should also be comfortable recognizing when a customer may benefit from additional coverage and having a natural, needs-based conversation when appropriate. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates . For candidates seeking part-time hours, our primary scheduling need is afternoon coverage from 1:00 PM–5:00 PM . Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 of employment Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days after your start date Full licensing support and guidance are provided throughout the process What You’ll Do Provide exceptional service and support to existing customers Assist with policy changes, updates, renewals, billing questions, and coverage inquiries Help customers understand their policies and available coverage options Conduct account reviews to help ensure policies remain current and appropriate Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account activity Identify potential coverage needs during service conversations when appropriate Support customer retention by building strong, trusted relationships Follow up with customers and ensure service requests are completed accurately Collaborate with agency team members to provide a seamless customer experience What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and active listening abilities Patient, helpful, and solutions-oriented approach Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office Prior customer service, account management, or insurance experience preferred Insurance or State Farm experience preferred but not required Ability to complete the licensing requirements outlined above Why Join the Albernas Agency Competitive base salary plus performance incentives Full support through the insurance licensing process Ongoing training and professional development Supportive, service-driven team environment Career growth opportunities within the agency Full-time or part-time opportunities, with a particular need for 1:00 PM–5:00 PM afternoon coverage Ready to Build a Career Helping Customers?
