Supervisor Cash Operations

City/State: Tarrytown, New York Grant Funded: No Department: REV - Revenue Realization - Professional Billing Work Shift: Day (MON-FRI) Scheduled Hours: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (7.5 HOURS) Pay Range: $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 Job Summary The supervisory role is responsible for managing the daily operations of cash collections for facility/professional teams, reporting up to the Senior Manager. The position is responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation, productivity and quality review audits. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining processes while implementing innovative technologies and leveraging existing ones to reduce manual processing and ensure posting accuracy and efficiency. Ensures proper staffing/scheduling of associates. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, Economics/Statistics, Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Two to five years of related health care administration/financial or revenue cycle experience required, with preferred experience in Cash Management. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills. Strong data management and computer skills including reporting and database terminology, development of spreadsheets, analysis and manipulation of complex data from multiple data sources. Advanced MS Excel skills required. Knowledge of EPIC enterprise system required. Excellent leadership skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Problem-solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal abilities, including strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while achieving positive outcomes.
