Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitative techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare team members for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Uphold a positive, motivating environment to support patient recovery and outcomes

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff
• Compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented professional demeanor
