Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives. This role is perfect for someone looking to start a career in sales, marketing, or business development. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers face-to-face to promote products and services
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Coachable and eager to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
