Job Description:

Southwest Buick GMC Honda has an immediate need for a sales manager. We are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, possess good character, have a great attitude, be driven, and have high energy. The candidate must have previous experience in automotive sales management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the sales team
Set sales goals and targets
Develop and implement sales strategies
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback
Train and mentor sales staff
Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Skills and Qualifications:

Computer literate
Good character
Great attitude
Driven
High energy
Previous experience in automotive sales management is required
