Requirements Summary description: The role of the Pastor is to: Lead the Church / Congregation with respect to: teaching biblical truth casting vision equipping the Church advancing the Church’s mission Lead the Staff by directing them in their management of all Church operations Additional detail: The pastor is: Responsible for additional exposition of Christian teaching Accountable to the Board With approval of the Board, responsible for hiring, determining the compensation of, and removing from service, any and all Church Staff, paid or unpaid Qualifications We prefer an individual with an M. Div. or equivalent with prior pastoral experience.
