This role is accountable for hiring, training, and developing a high-performing service team focused on exceptional customer experience and identifying opportunities that support business growth.**Responsibilities*** Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Service Technicians to support team performance, employee engagement, and operational goals.* Provide ongoing field coaching, performance feedback, and accountability to ensure team members meet service quality, productivity, safety, and customer experience expectations.* Monitor operational performance, including route efficiency, service completion, customer retention, inventory utilization, and service quality metrics to identify opportunities and improve execution in partnership with Field Managers, Technicians and Sales.* Support field operations as needed by running service routes, auditing daily service tickets, assisting with incident reporting, managing expenses within budget, and participating in weekly leadership meetings.* Make day-to-day operational decisions related to service delivery, scheduling priorities, customer escalations, and resource allocation within established guidelines.* Promote adherence to company safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements while ensuring service teams operate in a safe and compliant manner.**Qualifications and Requirements*** 2+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.* Must be 21 years of age or older.* Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.* Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).* High School Diploma or GED.**Why Work for EcoShield Pest Solutions?**The Shield Co. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between **$55,000 and $65,000/yr.** Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location. **Physical Demands and Working Requirements**The physical demands and working conditions outlined here are typical requirements for an employee to effectively carry out the essential duties of this job.
