EVENT and Workshop Coordinator

About SCORE SCORE "Counselors of America’s Small Business Owners" is a national association dedicated to helping small business owners form and grow their businesses. The Dayton Chapter of SCORE also supports local nonprofit organizations through a series of six workshops on Fundraising, Planning, Board Development, Marketing, Financial Management, and Volunteer Management. Members also provide face-to-face client mentoring. SCORE has been helping Dayton small businesses and nonprofit organizations for over 50 years and has a dedicated group of business professionals that you will work with. Help Us Help Small Businesses and Nonprofits in the Dayton, OH Area We need a person to help coordinate Dayton SCORE small business workshops and events. This will require 2-4 hours a week and up to 8 hours when we are preparing for a special event. Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, Constant Contact email, and Zoom conferencing apps is essential to this position. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Coordinate Dayton SCORE small business workshops and events. Assist with logistics, scheduling, and participant communication. Prepare for special events requiring up to 8 hours of work. Learn and use Constant Contact email and Zoom conferencing apps. Qualifications 2-4 hours per week commitment, with up to 8 hours for special events. Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, Constant Contact email and Zoom conferencing apps.
