Manufacturing Engineer

1st Shift | Full-Time

We're hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support process development, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and Work Instructions
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, tooling, and production launches
Familiarity with ISO/IATF 16949 standards

What You'll Do:

Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment
Support prototype builds and production launches
Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Implement poka-yoke and process controls
Partner with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to improve efficiency and quality
