About the Role

This is a founding-team role on a high-visibility platform initiative at a fast-growing AI company focused on housing and property management. The position blends strategy, operations, and product work to bring a next-generation AI platform to market, owning customer deployments end-to-end and building the operational foundation for rapid scale.

The ideal candidate comes from management consulting or a client-facing strategy and operations role at a high-growth tech company. You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building repeatable systems from scratch, and are energized by working closely with both C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own customer deployments from initial scoping and implementation through post-launch success
2. Serve as the primary bridge between clients and internal product and engineering teams, translating real-world needs into clear, actionable requirements
3. Build and scale an operational playbook for a new platform, creating repeatable processes that support rapid growth
4. Manage complex, multi-faceted client projects while aligning senior stakeholders and keeping initiatives moving forward
5. Act as a strategic partner to C-suite leadership, helping shape product direction and build a scalable post-sales motion
6. Identify patterns across client engagements and feed structured insights back into product roadmap conversations
7. Establish and track success metrics for each deployment, ensuring clients realize measurable value quickly

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 8 years of experience in management consulting or a client-facing strategy and operations role at a high-growth technology company
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience translating ambiguous client needs into structured requirements for technical teams
• Comfort operating in early-stage or zero-to-one environments where processes are still being built
• Strong executive communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work on-site in New York City, Chicago, or Toronto

Preferred Skills

• Experience in housing, property management, or real estate technology
• Prior exposure to AI, SaaS, or platform product deployments
• Track record of building or contributing to post-sales or customer success playbooks
• Experience working directly with C-suite or VP-level clients on strategic initiatives
