Responsibilities for Commercial Project Manager Execute commercial projects from the point of sale to installation and commissioning Be the primary point of contact between the client and 8MSolar Manage workflows on parallel projects to ensure all commercial projects are on track Create, update, and transmit project schedules to clients Identify and help order inventory Have experience with commercial solar installation processes, both mechanical and electrical Verify materials and inventory onsite Review commercial construction drawings and specifications, and advise on improvements Verify site installation by conducting onsite testing and commissioning Close out projects by addressing punch list items Qualifications for Commercial Project Manager Completion of a 4 year technical degree 3 or more years of prior solar experience Valid driver's license in NC Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel Comfortable reading and understanding electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipment Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools Ability to calculate basic mathematical problems Willing to work overtime About 8MSolar LLC 8MSolar is the highest rated solar panel installer in North Carolina.
