Job Details Location: G460 - SAGINAW, MI 48603-2236 Education Level: High School Salary Range: $13.73 per hour (starting wage) Schedule: 6:00am – 9:00am, Monday/Wednesday/Friday (9hrsperweek) Shift: Day Work Category: Inventory Travel: None Drug Screening: Must pass 5‑panel drug screening Summary / Objective Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Inventory Associate will ensure all aspects of the daily activities at their designated garages are cared to meet the needs of the client. The role embodies the P.A.L.S core values through performance, policy and procedure adherence and includes communication upwards through the team for all matters between the client and LG‑OSS. Essential Functions Ensure garage coverage is met daily at primary location(s) and assist in backup coverage to other locations when available. Maintain inventory quality and quantity through 98% or above scan compliance in all assigned garages. Meet the daily service requirement at 7:30AM (local time). Complete daily Garage101 tasks: product signs placed correctly, product staged correctly, desk area clean and functional, garage barcode displayed, policies in compliance, on‑time report submissions, task sequence completed in order. Maintain inventory quality and quantity through First‑In/First‑Out stock management. Act as a safety advocate, maintaining an accident‑free work environment in all garages. Participate in daily conference calls with staff and management. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Participate in leadership skill development. Other duties as assigned. Travel 0%–25% local travel expected annually (≤100miles one way per trip). 0%–10% extended travel may be requested (>100miles one way per trip). Work Environment The position operates in a warehouse environment, routinely exposed to loud noises, bright lights, and interior temperatures that may match outdoor conditions. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. At least 6months of warehouse/inventory experience. Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, twist, sit, and stand for extended periods. Use of pallet jack and laptops, scanners, and office products. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Active smartphone or equivalent device. Ability to use a pallet jack.
