Collaborate with operational leaders and training teams to support successful onboarding, assimilation, and development of new colleagues. Monitor workforce trends, engagement, retention, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and recommend solutions. Coach and support people leaders in managing employee performance, engagement, and development.
