We are looking for a highly motivated Trailer Sales Professional who wants more than just a job. We want someone who takes pride in helping customers, enjoys building relationships, and has the drive to grow personally and professionally in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Experience towing, repairing, or selling trailers is a plus — but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and commitment.
What You’ll Sell
You will work with a wide range of premium trailers including:
- Gooseneck Trailers
- Equipment Trailers
- Utility Trailers
- Dump Trailers
- Landscape Trailers
- Deckover Trailers
- Enclosed Cargo Trailers
- Car Haulers and more
Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Help customers find the right trailer for their needs
- Build relationships and create repeat customers
- Follow up on leads and referrals
- Communicate trailer features, specifications, financing options, warranties, and dealership services
- Negotiate and close sales in a professional and ethical manner
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
Product Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trailer inventory, accessories, financing options, and promotions
- Understand trailer applications, towing needs, and equipment compatibility
Team & Marketing Support
- Assist with taking photos and videos of inventory for online marketing and social media
- Support merchandising and dealership presentation
- Assist with miscellaneous office and dealership responsibilities as needed

Compensation
- Unlimited earning potential with hourly pay plus commission. Top performers have the opportunity to earn $40,000–$120,000+ annually
