Patient Ratios Intra-op team of 2: 1 patient , pre/post op 1 RN: 2 patients Type of equipment Olympus endoscopes and reprocessing EMR Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Endo RN Must have: Minimum 1-year current acute care Endo RN experience BLS Preferred or nice to have: PACU experience Experience with Olympus scopes and reprocessingEndo experience with circulating and tech proceduresACLS List typical procedures performed on unit(s): EGD/Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, EBUS (variations of each procedure)Infection control, manual cleaning and high-level disinfection of endoscopes Best personality Fit: Can work independently with little supervision and works well as part of a team intraoperatively Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
